I take a maximum of 6 participants for each Sound Journey. I provide yoga mats, but you may bring your own as well as blankets or shawls to cover your body. You also need to bring pillows to support your head and knees to ensure lying comfortably for 90 minutes. Payment upon booking secures your space.
I use the Tibetan Singing Bowls in my Reiki & Sound Healing Sessions, which facilitates deep relaxation and a profound healing experience. Bookings for these sessions can be done any time during the week.
